Booking Terms

Cancellation policy: We require 48hours notice from the date of arrival for a full refund of any monies to be made. If less than 48hours notice we will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of 1 nights stay for each room booked.

A deposit equivalent to one nights stay is required at the time of booking.  Balance payable by cash or card only.

We operate a No Smoking Policy. Check in time 16.00, with early check in by prior arrangement and latest time 21.00. Check out time 10.30am. Children under three years old by arrangement with the owner. The Family Room is NOT suitable for three or more adults.
